can you try to move the graphic to the left of the "FITECH" and make it smaller?

Also, on both can you make "F,E,C, H" silver and "I,T" blue?

Lastly, can you make the dots between People, Process, Technology blue to make them stand out?

Also, can you try changing the font to FiTech to be the same/similar to the one under submission #98?

For entry 157, could you please enlarge the company and slogan so they are vertically the same height as the graphic? I would like it bigger.

Also, please do 2 versions. One with the colors as they are. Then one with Fitech in all blue. Thanks!!

Also please as the trademark symbol to it.
