Make 205 and 203 just like this. No color. Just white and black and without the two spears sticking out along the “f’s“ just as u did here with no spears

Don’t add anything I don’t ask u to add. I am an artist myself. Otherwise u will be doing more work :)
Take out all of the grey, and change the color or “personal training” back to black. Where the black outline and the shadow? Also stretch the words “personal training” further out to the wings

And as far as this logo place personal training in light grey below

Like this shield. Duplicate the white shield like this one . See how only the letter f’s are sticking out?

Take out the bar that is both over and under both “f’s’ on the right and left sides

I'm not understand yet for direction...do you want the outline of shield not having a sharp edge?

Do the one that we’re working on with a black outline also. However, just on the outline. Not inside the mark

I just notice that this version, because shows different. Can you maintain just the outline of the shield. Don’t let it flare out. Understand?

I like the shadow BUT I don’t want it as defined. I want more of a blur

Be sure u leave a space between the two words. For some reason it did not show

No, I want a fine print underneath the shield as so:

in the type of font. Spread out as so

I would choose a font that’s has round like helvica fine or if that’s too fine something a bit bolder. Try all small cap and try one with all cap and see which looks better

I’m really feeling these. I’m gonna push for it. Put a shadow on this one also and in fine font below write personal training in black going across with a shadow as well. I want it to have a bit more of balance to tone down the strength

In my opinion you submitted something very unique and outside of what everyone did. I like this but it’s a Boutique studio therefore it needs to be somewhat neutral. What program do You use ?
