Thanks for reviewing my entry. This is a unique illustration for your logo design – incorporating modern, fun typographic treatment - combined to make an eyecatching logo design. This also works perfectly well in one color so that it could be embroidered or screen-printed on clothing, towels, etc. I'll upload a one color version also.
on 50, plz make the middle gray start just a bit bigger. also, try a new mom's font. like the fit fab font, not thrilled about the moms. also, what about the layout fit logo fab moms under? thanks
what i meant by star in middle is the logo between the t and f of fit fab. i know it makes it kind of long but just want to see.
also not sure we want the font to be pink and gray...maybe just black w moms in pink?
our favorite star is 71, fit fab font is 74, and mom's font 71
we also really like the other designers silouette w a woman having both hands in the air like she's having a blast which is what we were going for in our brief.
great, thanks for the info – I'll update and give you a couple of versions (text colors).
as for the silhouette – I will see what I can do on that. Making sure not to be similar to the other designer's. You did mention that as part of your brief so that's cool for me to use that idea. (fyi, we need to respect eachother's creative ideas around here so I need to make sure it's not too close to that design)
I don't know that they clash...but maybe mom's in print? what about FFM over the star logo? The star logo w wings is attractive and we can use it as our symbol and write FFM or fit fab moms spelled out over/around it somehow but always keeping the logo the same. that simplicity is what i love about this logo. what about making the logo a little smaller too in between fit fab?
(Just woken up here! I'll get a couple of options done for you right now)
I made the FitFab slightly heavier so that it's stronger and this has made it less of an issue with the Moms - in fact I think they go well now - it feels alive. I will try a print Moms just to see how that feels.
I'll try the FFM - as you say the star works really well as a stand-alone logo. I'm glad you ditched the ones with figures inside - looking at them now they were too cluttered - simplicity rules here.
