I really like the concept with these, if possible, a more simple font? and a black and white version. I think words should all be about the same size to emphasize the hospital as well as the neighborhood name

Thank you. The black with white design is too much black.I think I like the cat from # 36 and maybe try a different dog, like a bull dog?
