First ValuationLogo Design Contest

Hello, thanks again for the invitation and for reviewing my designs.

This one is a stylized '1' which reinforces the brand by incorporating a roof shape into the number. Simple, professional and memorable.

Intrigued by the 1 and house design. Would like to see some color (red or green) added as an accent. Also, we feel the "First" is too big compared to Valuation. Really would like to see those the same - and maybe even in line. For reference, we love the font on #7. Would also welcome different font interpretations but the more it stands out the better.
