First Time BuyerLogo Design Contest

Hi Jonathan, I thought perhaps you might want to see something creative and out of the ordinary as an option as well. Thus, here is my entry for your review...

The "T's of "FIRST TIME" form a house within the negative space, and the "T"s also represent both the buyer and you (holding hands to form a home!). I kept the design as a one-color logo right now, as that would make printing costs quick, easy and affordable. But let me know if there are any specific colors you might want to see incorporated and I will be sure to do so right away.

Here is a version without having the "T"s be people. This one is a bit simpler, so you can kind of look and decide which you prefer!
