Here is my initial design concept for your review for First String. The design is a custom athletic script, combined with a star (top, elite, athletic, etc.). I wanted to keep it as clean and simple as possible, so that as you mentioned: embroidery and other applications can still look great. Obviously, the gradients and highlights would have to be removed before embroidery, but that would be a quick and easy change.

OK, I've got some ideas for you: #2 Can we please see a version with "First" instead of "1st"? If it's too long, perhaps it could go slightly above the String Also, can we see an "implied" star (think Houston AStros) where the star is not fully there but partially there?
