Sure! I like the idea of having a maple leaf or something representative of Canadian education, however, I don't want it to be overtly patriotic... just subtle. And I actually like the layout of the words on #44 & #42
Also - just out of curiosity.. I would love to see #78, #72 or #65 without that Canadian focus. Perhaps in different colours - blues/greens? and maybe replace the maple leaf with something technology-based. Thanks!
I am staying with a friend today and I will be able to putvsome time into it during the evening or tomorrow morning. Needless to say, I also am curious what can be done about that maple leaf, though it started to grow on me already.
#81 or #79 - I'm picturing them without the grad cap or the people... just the globe graphic with that maple leaf stripe going across. Perhaps another logo without even the maple leaf .. just the globe and the stripe and using different colours.
Thanks for your new stuff! Talked with my colleagues and we are looking for something more subtle and simple. I wonder if we could have "first mobile education" with a very very subtle maple leaf (not necessarily in red... we are leaning toward light green & grays)
Sorry just reading your previous message now. Today was my first time meeting with my colleagues about all of the logos and it seems everyone prefers more simplistic logos with very subtle touches (such as the current 1st ranked logo). I'm not sure how to answer your question! A couple of designers show a lot of promise, and we really like your work but for our purposes some of the logos seem a bit too busy. What was discussed at our meeting was having a simple "first mobile" on top with "education" on the bottom and a maple leaf (in green or grey) somewhere very subtly in the background.
Would like to see #177 with a black or gray text for the word "first".. also would love to see other ideas for the maple leaf! #176 is interesting too, but it seems a tad large
Also is there a way to get the top half of the maple leaf to be stretched out over the words? kind of like a crown? keeping with the blue and green colours of it in your latest updates.
