You used a different font for FirstManhattanRealtors and then somewhere along the way went to this font. I liked the other font better. It has a chic look. Sharper, has a graduation in color. Can we try it with that font?

No, the "rs" in Realtors. Also, make the house slightly bigger. Then center justify "Estate Homes Division" so that all the letters are evenly spaced and the E is even with the F and the N is even with the S, and make slightly bolder or bigger.

Bring the "house" part above the "rs" then use the vertical parts of all the letters as the footings for the pier. Blend the two together.
