Entry #23 is really the closest to solving the issue of what a logo should do and and that is to visually suggest the type of work they do. I think the magnifying glass is a universally accepted image that represents a tool used to find things. I would consider more work on the "$" and the icon and less variations in the type used for the name and tagline. Simplify that part.

whether you need an icon that can stand alone from the words or icon that became entire logo, if the second option makes sense, I think no need to add "1st" in the icon since the name of company had been mentioned, that's I called simplify the design by concept, and to simplify the design by visual I have omitted a few elements that are not important, replaced with a common font to further confirm that you are a company that efficient but effective inline with your audiences.
