This one has slightly more of a gap at the top of arrow (between arrow and "o" itself). I think it emphasises the arrow a little better than other version.
The new idea. What this does is creates the arrow as a separate shape. This makes the logo more flexible for use in any media (such as printing, embroidery on clothing, printing on things like pens, engraving... etc.)
It also means the arrow could be used as a stand-alone graphic in promotion, somehow. It just gives the option of pulling it out or changing its color.
Not that there is anything wrong with the gradient arrow option... because it does have a certain look that might be a better fit.
Hello Charcoal, Thank you! Please send me your additional concepts. Also could we try with the Fin and make the EVO caps? The issue we are having is that a lot of peoples feedback is that they see the word fine when they should be seeing fin and evo. Also, is this a purchased font? We are just wondering since since we would want to add different taglines, Lending Group, etc?
Thanks,
Hello,
I have an additional concept - a new treatment of the "o" - if you would like to see it I would have to ask to be moved (temporarily) to number one rank - sorry to ask, it's just that I am quite excited and think you might like it.
Thank you. We definitely like it better with the darker FIN. Could you please send it with the darker FIN and a different one with the evo in lowercase?
Thanks,
After looking at the design I was considering how to subtly emphasise the "evo" — I've put the arrow on the 'e' and this creates an emphasis which helps read it as finEVO.
It's also a natural progression of the tail of the e.
Anyway, I hope this adds something useful to the mix. If you'd like to discuss please comment on any design. Thanks!
I've added some new color options — I think the two-tone is working well too, maybe it gives that extra nudge to read the name as Fin-evo.
If there is anything there that you'd like to see fine tuned just let me know.
I have not created anything in reds, oranges or green as I did explore but felt they lacked the "security" and "strength" that you're after.
The lower case option definitely gives a user-friendly, approachable personality to the design.
Hello! Thank you for the all caps options. We actually prefer the lowercase that you originally submitted. We think it looks good alone as well as with the Lending below it or with a tagline in all caps. We would however like to see some different colors as well as combinations including make the FIN the same color as the arrow so there is a bit of contrast.
