I am confused. I notice your used your slogan and it was removed in your brief description early in the contest. It certainly would have made a difference in the balance and choices that I made in the design.
Oh well.

Wanted to focus on black and white only for now. I can take more space out to bring the letters a little closer together.
I was thinking mostly about visibility and being able to see your signage clearly.
So I stayed with a sans-serif font that is simple, clean and bold.
If you like this, I'll work in some colors you may like that reflect your vision or colors for visibility as well.

based on your idea, I'm thinking to make it as rectangular logo and maybe you can help me to draw it out. I'm thinking use F as a big one one the left, than separate the height into two parts, one the upper put "i", lower put "o", the upper for "N”，lower is the reflection of "N", then follow a big E, but mirror E to create edge on the left hand side. You can also play with colors and word arts
