Another option is to match logo's font with the script letters that you use in your homepage.

My opinion about what font would be best with your current webpage.
If you retain the fonts that already has, script and Sans-serif, then you need a logo with Sans-serif letters, otherwise the webpage will look busy.
But If you replace the current script font then your logo can have script letters.
