i use mouse cursor, but it's not arrow because if you hover a link the arrow turns to a hand mouse cursor. it also fits with the name find. i think this logo looks fun :)

Can you play with the finger and it's "clicking" so put three click lines around the finger.
I also love the idea of the fingers looking like bars going up for profitability.
Can you try some different fonts. I am not crazy abou any font that looks like Arial.

Can you also play with the click arrow concept with a bar graph going up to the right with magnifying glass. I am not sure Iike the hand concept.

You are really a great designer. I hope you dont mind my feedback. Can you also use the purple. I am more fond of the purple, black and gray theme then red.

#18 is the purple version
#19 i made the hand cursor looks like more a bar graph
#20 just a normal bar graph

in my opinion, just normal bar graph is not really a fun logo. i mean there's nothing intriguing about it. it has to be modified into something interesting, makes people curious, yet still relevant to the company. an example is logo #19, when you look at it at a glance you will see bar graph, but wait a second it looks like a hand too, with a click on its finger tips,.. oh so this must be a "click". i think it makes people interested.
logo #20 is a good logo but i think #19 is better. but that's just me :), of course you are the client, so it's up to you to decide :)

new design on #21, just want to give you some options.

I want to award you the winner but I have few small tweaks.

1) Please use the dark purple and give me the Pantone # or CMYK
2) I need to know the exact font you used.
3) Please use Purple for "find", Black for "Ability" and black on Magnifying Glass and gray on Inspire. Educate. Facilitate. in gray.
4) I need the logo with and without the tagline, Inspire, Educate. Facilitate.

1. i have 2 dark purples: #42 and #43 using PANTONE 2627C, #44 and #45 using PANTONE 2623C for a bit lighter tones (still dark purple but with lighter tone)

2 font: Museo 700 for "Findability", Museo 500 for "Inspire. Educate. Facilitate", and Gotham Book for "consulting and speaking"

3. done as in #42 #43 #44 #45

4. done as in #42 with the tagline, #43 without the tagline, #44 with the tagline, #45 without the tagline

Sorry to bother you again, but I like the first shade of purple you used. The new one is just too dark and i am afraid you will not see the difference in the printed logo. Can you use the brighter purple from #18

Also looking at #18 the magnifying glass is smaller, please make it the larger size like #18
