Here is my design. I created an isotype from the idea of freedom and fellowship, putting two people in an upright position and looking up in reference to freedom, also hold a bar graph representing finance.

It would seem to us that the letters FFP should be within the logo.

The words Partner, Inc. should be larger.

Can the letters, FFP, within the logo need a change.
