Entry 33 looks very interesting.
Could we play with the silver/gray a bit more, with a different arrangement of the two words, and less graduation in colour - we'd prefer blocks of colours where possible.

42 is interesting. Prefer a 'firmer' 'A' - the circle in the 'A' makes it seem a less 'stable', can we try a larger font size for 'Partners', and perhaps a different 'Q'?
