May I please also see what the double F looks like in a Shield? square/rectangle, circle, inverted triangle?

I really like your F's, and what you did making it a "man", but I need the cross to be a center piece in the overall logo. I'm looking for a cleaner font, maybe color or slightly smaller size. leaning away from the "pillars" being listed.

referencing to the example logos i selected, see the anesthesia research foundation logo, maybe something cleaner, with the brand pillars listed under the line instead of images.
