I thought it was a bird but it doesn't seem to fit the brand.

The floral design in the center is very nice. Please make it vertical instead of horizontal. Can the white item in the center be made into the shape of a hand or a clould?
The font can be edgier.

The font can be edgier or more modern. The diamond ovals in the circle is nice but how using less of them, like 5 or 7. The 3 hanging leaves are a nice touch and it's nice they are not all the same but could it be more simplified by removing the thin white line running down the leaf? That small detail wouldn't be seen well on small items like a business card.

not sure what OTHER marijuana reference there may be... ideas accepted.

The clouds are great but seems redundant so maybe keeping of the clouds then using the other space to have some type of marijuana reference but not the actual leaf.
