I love the character of the 38 & 31. Looking for something more flat/less detailed. Would also like to see additional font ideas.

No I can not. I can not see what they write in their private area, just what entries they upload.

Take a look at #57. There's a flat dog character. Would love to see that approach with your ideas.

I like the more modern San Serif fonts. Gonna have my partners weigh in too.
Would also not use the outline for the dog.

Definitely favoring the one's where he's holding the card in his mouth. We'll evolve to include other services like flowers and gifts and will want to change what he's holding. (I think you already had that idea)

Here are some other options with sans serif font.
Let me know if this kind of dog illustration ( #75 ) is what you had in mind, or you prefer without any color on his face.
Regarding items in his mouth, it is not a problem. I can add whatever you like (gift, flower, diamond ring,...anything that could go into "pleasing my girlfriend, so I can stay out" category)

He's the right direction. I'd simplify the color palette. Think about the simplicity that would also translate well to an app icon/button

Notice the simplicity of magilia. I'm not suggesting you imitate her, because I appreciate the differences. Just the simplicity of the design

We're digging into #124. Can we see a few iterations of that with different hat and/or hair. Think "boy" hair.

Also, we really dig the use of white space, similar to #63. You could build from 63, using the same envelope hold from 124.

Exactly. I pulled 38 out of the top because the new look is stronger, but the font in 38 is more interesting

So far your design is most popular by a slight edge in both our user survey and with our team. They really like the personality of the character. There is concern of how it will scale for black and white, or the level of detail being cluttered when made very small. We're thinking the character may be better as a mascot - but leverage a simplified, more flat version of #163 to function as a lead logo.

Let me know if that feedback makes sense. We are really eager to see how #163 can translate and be flattened without losing the amazing fun personality that you infused in the example. If you're willing to share an example, please let me know. I'll switch the winner modifier over to enable the update upon your note.

I can show you all these examples (smaller version and black-white option, just let me know if you need any other adjustment).
