The team has your design ranked second, but requesting the below looks as we think it could then be our number 1 selection.
1. Remove Sportsbar/pub/music at the top and replace with EST. 2022. Replace Bar with Pub at the bottom. Replace the fiddle with a solid horses head. The gold lines over and under Fiddler's Green, make a traditional calvary saber.

10th calvary. I think they may want a horse head or red/white back ground

variation and color versions

incorporate violin/fiddle into logo, also added initial subtle on the violin (fG) and emphasize at center. apostrophe on Fiddler's.
