5. I like the icon, but would like to see a different font. Also, can you lock the icon on the left side of the name. We don't have a lot of real estate on the knives so the stacked logos are tough. Have you attempted to do any word mark logos?
1. I like where are going with the knife in the F. Although, I think it gets lost because the F is so thick. Also, it would be better if the knife blade was down not up.
Can you also try a logo where Feimster is prominent and blades is underneath?
