Did you remove the other ones that you changed?

Colors are better. Remove the slogan. Any other ideas on the logo/stamp on the top. Like the FCC thing at the top centered but its a little to tall and maybe a little to much going on.

I like the Font, colors are a little off. Try Burgundy, gray's, whites, blacks. symbol above a little much, but like the idea off symbolic letter or something above like you have.
