This is the one that would look great as a hexigon. Don't retain any circle shape.

Concept of negative space have done by another designer in blind phase, and I never do it at blind phase, so I can't copy another designer concept that have done using negative space in center C at FCC, that is the rule at this site. Thank you
Maybe this one gets a gray hex outline with a white hex inner shape with burgundy hex inside of that. No circle. This could symbolize the bolts that they use when they build a building with steel beams and girders.
How about making the negative space inside of the second "C" burgundy?

Also, as I mentioned on another design, the "INC." needs to move to the left a hair. There is an optical illusion that it is too far to the right. And the kerning between the "N" and the "C" is a little loose.
Wouldn't mind seeing an option for this one with the FCC shapes, still connected, but in a line, horizontally, with the gray outline still around them. You might have to use the colors differently, so there are not two blue "C"s in a row.
There is a little bit of an optical illusion going on with the "INC.", I think because of the period, it looks like it is a little to the right of center. Could you try moving it over to the left ever so slightly? Also, try moving the lines and the "INC." down a hair? Thanks!

I like the composition, the color, the size relationships of all the elements, and I like the font. The only thing I don't like is the composition of the "FCC". Do you think you could somehow try something else in the icon shape? I think it is the letters being on an angle that I don't like. I DO really like the burgundy and grey having negative space that creates the "FCC" though.
Not overly thrilled with the fonts. On the fence with the style of font. Like a clean looking font.

Do yo know what our existing logo looks like? If so what about incorporating the FCC in similar layout as it is now but with more updated font like you have here and center it over the top or somehow incorporate. Not a cube idea just configure the FCC to look like a symbol.
Increase size of FCC slightly, decrease size of construction. Any other ideas for a symbol, I see your other ideas had a symbol, didn't really like the box.
