Your entry is animated but it seems to be missing a background or environment and even more animation.
Place the words "Dog Park" below the words Fay-Woof-Ville.
The yellow sign with black lettering is too subdued. Try different coloring. example: blue sign with white lettering.
Instead of having the dogs holding the signs with their mouths have them holding the sign up in their two front paws while standing on their hind legs and looking at the public with happy doggy faces.
Don't forget a background....nothing too complex but have them standing on some sort of grass, maybe with some sort of picket fencing behind them......just an idea.
