Like this one the best, some minor mods: Less smile or no smile on cat, no raised eyebrow, less curve on tail? What happens when the body of the cat comes up even higher around its head to portray fatness?

Can you fade the yellow like on my current logo where it fades to lighter yellow?....it adds depth. Maybe fade the yellow for the cat only?

Like this a lot. The feet were cool on the other one you sent. Add those? Less curve in tail? Does it look odd if the cat doesnt have a mouth? Or a straight line for mouth? The cat has some arrogance! He likes to show it.
I think we are getting there.

I can't see making the cat any fatter, it will be so disproportional the both the record and the text. It's already a pretty fat cat.

Regarding color, the reason I used the darker yellow/orange is foir contrast on light surfaces.

There is acceptable contrast in tghis iamge between the blue and th elight yellow onb the background color from your website.
