I like the idea with the U and symbol working together. Even though I'm getting pretty tired of every entry using the "western style" cactus i must say yours somehow feels different.
Not happy with the font though and the grunge feeling doesn't work with the more clean, strict look of the site.
Venditum Group... appreciate your kind words! I wasn't aiming for a gruge look...but something softer and more minimalistic (like your site)...and will go for a different font and new concept which i hope will please...
Thanks. I'm sorry these designs #39 #40 #41 just don't kick it. I liked the idea of the U and symbol working together but as overall experience I'm hesitating. I'm still not convinced with the font. I'm telling myself i want a rounded font, but i can be turned around if something good comes along.

Looking at you portfolio, I can pick a few examples that could work as inspiration for this project...
The fonts in for example Planigo, Poochie, The cross in cross refrence, babblecam etc. are good looking. Grandma's Labs is very nice, both the look and the font. Your entry 194 in Geek for also have a nice expression. Entry 105 from the Urban Exposure contest is also exciting in terms of imagine the logo to be on a t-shirt neck tag/label or on a (price)tag.
The font in #51 is nice, font in #52 is also interesting though a little bit more bold choice. I like the stitches. I think you agree with me when i say that my first thought was.. Christmas tree ball ;-), Sorry I like the idea in using two shades of cyan.
I do put all interesting designs in the web sketch to see how it looks in the environment and I'm getting more into having the symbol in contrast color. Having both text and symbol in cyan makes is too much so to speak.
