Dear Prascovic,
we were hoping to get more proposals from you.
We are actually looking for a sign/symbol/emblem that shows also our background and heritage (Black forest, Istanbul, Zurich), in combination with our initials. May be a byline with our names written out would also be nice. To give you some details on our background please find have a look at these details:
ZURICH:
Well known symbols for Zurich are the “Zurich lake”, “Zurich mountain view” and “Frauenmünster” (see for example
http://www.auctionair.co.uk/ft/Low-Bid-Auction/Lots/Lot-13689.aspx).
ISTANBUL:
Turkish Airline pattern as orientation. Here are two links:

Black forest symbols are the trees and the hat (see:
http://www.blackforest-and-friends.com/wp-content/uploads/BFAF_Logo_Symbol1.jpg //
http://www.schwarzwaldimpressionen.de/schwarzwalder-trachten-und-ihre-geschichten/ AND
http://www.alles-schwarzwald.de/ //
http://www.polltaex.de/media/images/bollenhut-schwarzwaldgirl1.gif)) and symbol for Sankt Blasien is the “Dom sankt blasien” (see for example:
http://www.panoramio.com/photo/42082340).
GÖTTINGEN:
"Gänseliesel" is the symbol of the German city Gottingen, where we live now (see for example:
http://rocos2k.deviantart.com/art/Gaenseliesel-Vector-277037863 OR

For us it is important to show our background. But we would also like to have modernity and cosmopolitan aspects in the symbol. May be you have some good ideas as the design expert.
Best regards,
Farah and Willy
