I see, IMHO most of the problem is the designer wrong in setting up the ppi / pixels per inch, most use the default setting which is 72 ppi, because when viewed on a computer monitor the difference between 72 ppi and 300 ppi is not visible. But when dealing with printed images, things get a bit more complicated.
at least using 300 dpi. We should not use resolutions lower than this because otherwise, the printed image will not look sharp.
