I have provide in the past to other clients minor changes like the (est 2020 etc.) without extra cost.
I think the other designers do the same. Also you can contact for any future jobs or anything related with your logo.

This is my first time using this site and I'm not sure how it works. If I choose this logo, will I have the ability to make any changes or will I need you to make them for me? I'm thinking, that I may want to put something else in place of the est. 2020.
