#1 Hi there! Great first pass. I have something to add now, I need Riverside County in there too. I am looking forward to more of your submissions.

My first comment was about #2 not #1 sorry. In regards to #1, I like the crest idea but I don't like the bright colors in the middle. I don't want a sunset either, this is about family violence and that is too cheery. I don't want it depressing but that isn't something the various partners would embrace, lawyers, police etc. I am sure you understand. Also we can use the intials FJC in various designs as well.

Thanks so much,
Melissa

Thanks for your feedback. I totally understand that the inside of the crest was too cheery. I'll work up some more ideas and layouts and submit them as they get done. Thanks :)

For this logo, the idea is that currently all those involved in a family violence situation (the abused, the abuser and those caught in the middle) have a disjointed, fractured life, but with FJC is a door way they can go through to get out of that cycle.

thanks so much Violet! I have three board members I am going to show them the top three and get some feedback quickly. Really like the looks and ideas behind them. In regards to the #13 can we change the FJC Font to more of a stronger font? Also can we put Family Justice Center in the Crest and put Riverside County smaller inside the crest? Just trade them. I don't want to accent Riverside County so much, political boring reasons :)!!! Thanks for the great designs, I will be in touch.

#16 Looks great with the word changing. I am being silly but I don't like the FJC font now either. I am going to look up a font that I am thinking about and email it to you so you don't have to keep guessing!!! Love it!!!

# Times New Roman Font. Do you think you can make the FJC darker purple? Can we try that? TKS

Thanks for the feedback, Here are those changes. I started to work on some color variations, but weren't sure if you want to incorporate other colors, so I'm holding off on that.

If there is anything else, feel free to let me know. Thx ~Violet

#18 HI there! Received some feedback from the Board of Directors, they are liking this one but don't like the people. Any other ideas instead?

#18 Thanks for the feedback. My initial thoughts are: a purple ribbon, a gate/ door, a justice scale, a small tree or maybe try out some more people shape.

I'm not sure if these are symbols you think they would like to have, but if you could let me know which ones you're not interested in seeing, then I can focus on other ideas.

Thanks,
Violet

HI Violet,
I am open to all those ideas. a gate or door sounds interesting. Justice scales always look a little "governmental" but again depending how you do it I am open to that. I like all your ideas so go for it. Thanks for being so darn responsive.

By the way, I liked #14 but it was probably too abstract for the others :)

Also I am open to adding one more color to the purple, maybe grey, or light teal or something along those lines? Just an idea, hope i am not throwing too much at you.

The cops and lawyers aren't liking the teal, can we try a green that isn't too bright? or if you have another idea of a color. Love the new ones Violet. Will send when you give me another with different color. What about making the door one #31 with grey instead of teal? Thanks for being so responsive.

#34 What about trying gold or light brown for the green and grey portions. Sorry but I am having hard time with the accent color. Too bright, needs to be more subdued, not somber but subdued. Also on #36 can we try another version of the intials? Where the tree is put FJC and perhaps wrap a ribbon around the intials or weave it in?

#36 what about a building/house instead of the tree? Just throwing ideas out. We are close to getting this wrapped up, thanks for being so responsive.

#14 Maybe another house or building, not so abstract and not so formal as the one if the emblem logo?

Thanks for all the feedback. Here's a logo idea that tries to not be either too feminine or too stodgy.

#42 I am liking it but it seems busyt I like the overall concept. I like the house with peeps in it as well. Maybe the house without the people to unclutter it a bit? The ribbon purple is too bright, maybe drop the ribbon altogether so we can see the great logo? Just throwing things out there.

Also the tag lines of Ensuring Safety etc is not in there. What is a ribbon sits on the bottom of the crest with Family Justice Center of something with the three statements in the crest? Thanks so much!

#59 I like this !! Can we get some people that aren't so sterile? Can you also put it to the left of the words and thicken the square borders just a little? Thanks so much!

Thanks about the feedback, Now that you mention it, it did look YMCAish. Here's a new version. I wanted to try to keep that house shape in the middle formed by the two people.
