"Construction" is a little closer to the logo (it is slightly raised).
"Est. 1998" is a little moved up right.

Let's replace the saw with another hammer (facing down) and then change the color of both hammers to either grey or the color of the minarets. Could you also change to eat date to 1997?

This looks incredible, but I see what you mean about the saw handle. Could we just replace the saw with another similar hammer? Then I think that would be perfect.

This is the same logo, just little darker gray "est. 2014"

Did I understand well the "est. 2014" position? This is the same gray, but it's seems brighter because it's thinner.

I put the chisel in because it fits me better. Hand saw would take up a lot of space.

Yes, but I will first send what I have done in the meantime. I'm trying to explore the different options based on your brief.

I really want to work with you do optimize this logo. A few easy tweaks: 1) could we increase the size of the minarets so that the left most minaret is just under the outer grey circle and the other two minarets extend beyond the grey circle. 2) Could make the hammer and saw much larger but be behind the logo entirely (outside the grey or white circle) and extend on the bottom also to see the handles of the saw and hammer beneath the logo. 3) at about the 4 (or 5) o'clock position of the grey line could we insert the following text "est. 2014" in the same grey font within the grey line itself. This is by far our top pick at this point. Thanks of all of your effort, we truly appreciate it.

With a chisel. The chisel has the same handle as a hammer, so it may fit better.

The house in this design also looks like it is from the North East. We are in Tampa and the houses have a different style. Maybe you could swap it out with a silhouette of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge or the minarets from the University of Tampa?
