nice idea. i like the lock and key which also is symbolic of an eye of a falcon.
create more variations of the lock and key eye, although i like the colors try other combonations

i lke the first one. Darken the words in a Navy blue, use yellow/gold, and red accent for the eye and a better pic of logo
