Maybe that idea wasn't the best. I still like this one better. Can you explore some other ways of combining the text and graphics using the graphic on this logo?
Out of your new revisions, I like this the best. The increasing line graph symbolizes capital growth which is excellent. I'm wondering if there is a way to symbolize business/working as well.
In order to prevent the graphic from becoming too complex, it is okay to remove the dove and flame, but please keep the cross.
I like the concept of the cross to represent faith.
While the dove and fire represent baptism of the Holy Spirit and the works that come with that in Christianity, for American Christians we don't necessarily associate that with vocational work but more evangelical work.
Can you think of a way to symbolize vocational work/growth/service graphically?

Can you possibly redesign so that the cross is in the word faith and the circle graph is in the word works?
