Hello There, I am rooting for your design, but I am working with a Board of Directors which I require feedback from. For what ever reason this is not drawing them in. The people image is powerful to me, but it needs to be simplified. Are you able provide unisex images or go completely different with you image that represents a network or community or recourses.

Thanks for the submission. Are you able to make a couple of adjustments. Fairview & District together on top line. The image of the people can get rid of the ties or change out the image so it is representative of men & woman.

Also I know I put down grey & blue as colours, but feel now we need at minimum a third colour, tops 4. Cheers Thanks!
