yes but make the lines of the red and green arrow connected (one line, 1 arrow, just have the line change color as it moves from red to green) think half moon, the 2 middle (red/green) are the same height too

I like how the arrow flows with the green bar graph, can you do that to the red and have the arrow line red over the failing part and green over the success part with the arrow going up like you have it.

incorporate the red arrow into the bar graph like you did the green but make the arrows connected so the red flows into the green more evenly, show it to be more smoothly. make the bar graph and arrows incorporated more evenly.
