when I print out the logo the green arrow and the blue C in succeed get washed together, perhaps you can outline the word succeed in black or something to create some contrast?

try one where the C is not covered by the arrow, make arrow behind SUCCEED

please play around with the color, keep red for the F, maybe "ailing" to black?
