I like the use of the figure the design conveys both professionalism of the organisation and caring.

Would it be possible to try these with the word FACT leaning forward? I think this seem to convey moving forward.

Also FACT in dark blue and full name and person in light grey so that FACT stands out more. Thats in both the exsisting design and the leaning forward. Could be tried just in #20. Does that work?

Some of our committee are asking if it would be possible to include a justice image i.e. handcuffs, prison bars etc.
