Express GearLogo Design Contest

We like #66, but feel like #67 is too feminine

Could you do something with the text for express, gear, or both to convey speed? Italics, or something like that...

Can you spin the E in the graphic in #78 similar to the way it is in #66?

Added some elements to "accelerate" the express idea and not leaving the icon too static.

Could you modify #108 to have the E in the gear graphic look like the E in #78?

One other thing, the "ea" in gear are hard to read. It looks like a light is shining on them and dulling the color

Could you also modify #103? Can you change the E in the gear graphic? Also, I would like to see it in 3D and 2D

Here you have a slight change.
I gave a little more perspective and changed the red and black gradients to get rid of the muddy color.

I like your original colors better.

I do have a comment on the gear graphic. A few people have questioned "what is in the gear?" They did not realize it was an E. I like the current style, but I am wondering if you can do something with that E, so that it is a little more obvious that it is an E.

One idea is to put (1) thin line within each of the white lines. The length of these think lines would be equal to the length of the middle line...

#149 is close. Could you make that line narrower?

I should have said can you make the line in the E narrower. Also, could you try in different colors (black, gray, & dark red)?

Changed a few things, including the typeface setup.
More technical and unique.
Narrowed a bit both the white space and the line inside.
