Is it possible to have the same lay out as the black back ground logo with the shades of green in this logo but on a white back ground? Essentially don't change any colours or shades but have the same layout as the black background.

Is it possible to fade out the lines on both sides of DESIGN so they are at their fullest next to the D and the N?
