Please try losing the green corners and use some other technique to define an outer circle. If you open the space between the white "e/s" then the blue space can form the "G". Does that work?

graphic looks more like a baseball award. Not for us.

Thanks for both a graphic as well as word treatment. Like the word part. Wish the "e" was more compelling but we don't see how it will work for us.

Graphic does not invoke signage or play cleverly on name, not intrinsically interesting.

Want a graphic as well, not just a word mark.
