We like the colours you used, especially the different shades of blue with the silver. But we feel that the emphasis of the company is only on the "executives" because the rest of the company name is much smaller and not so eye catching. Could you please provide designs that emphasise "hospitality" (almost) as much as the "executives" by either making it bigger or in a more bold font? Also we would like to see that the X in Executives is used as a 'person' as you did in this logo design with the letter "V".
