#2 not crazy about the grey background/white letters in "Consulting & Training"

#1 You are on the right track.
- Try abit larger font on "Consulting & Training"
- Maybe abit more space on either side of the line/bar
- We like the lines above the "O". Perhaps a brighter colour above "O"...
- Would like to see you play abit more on perhaps the "L".
- The font itself for "exceptional" - this has to really standout as being "exceptional". Try a script font???
