Concept: white arrow come out to the right from the opened box (medical cross)

Let see if changing font and color would work better..

a little additional in #36 clear up a to show the box.

I wonder if the Ex could some how be stylized so instead of looking like a arrow it looks like a surgical scalpel, this might be to much to ask

#38 show you how the logo work in monochrome, I believe a good logo must work fine in monochrome too.
