Hi,
Thank you for the feedback. OK, I'll revise the size of the person, and maybe try a few more colors. If you have any color recommendations, I would love to hear them.
Please check out some of the revisions I've submitted. You provided very interesting input, currently I'm trying to improvise further. However, there are several things I want to convey, including:
1. My initial concept was to modify the letter E into a stand-alone icon, therefore the most logical option was to make it look like a ladder. Even though in another sense it could be said to be a 'hierarchy', leaving that aside, what I want to emphasize is how someone helps another person, which I describe as two people reaching for each other's hands.
2. If we want to abandon the concept of hierarchy/stairs, the solution is to create icons separate from the text
please tell me what you think.
Greetings

Sorry, to bother you again, but your idea is the one we like most. But we got some very good comments for it.
1)
I find the colours and contours very harsh. It reminds me of the typical and, in my opinion, outdated career ladder. But I really like the helping hand. Only the hierarchy in the picture and the fact that you have to go higher doesn't fit your statement. I would prefer something softer, warmer and less hierarchical.
---
2) That was too pyramid-like for me. I had in mind: the higher up the better. In my eyes, the staircase represents the hierarchical system. And tends to appeal to men or types of people who want to get as far up as possible. The network idea is not conveyed/symbolised there (even if the hands are extended).
---
Can you maybe think of an version where the helping person and the person being helped are more on one level - more at eye level?
I very much like the idea with the steps and pulling up. What I don't like is, the subline. It is to small and illegible. It would be appreciated, if you could provide a version without any subline. Thank you!

If you have a color idea, maybe it's worth trying.

We might have changes for the colors, but you are the winner! Good work!

We would like to ask you to change the font to "Monserrat - regular", but keep all the other things (size, spacing etc) the same.
No need to make more additional versions ;) Thank you!

1) use a thinner font weight (regular or book) and
2) use lower-case letters "evorbis" instead of "EVORBIS"
3) use the colors of #303
Thank you

In addition we got the feedback, that the left person is smaller (looks like a child) than the right one. They should be (almost) the same size.
And we don't like the colors, but we will try some colors out and tell you ...
