This is a variation to #799. I've removed the connecting strands in the lower twist, making the segue between the primordial and the futuristic more pronounced.
I've experimented with the shape of the DNA element. It now has six 'twists' to match the six arcs of the quantum element. I've also increased the amplitude, which gives it a little more breathing space, but can reduce or increase it further if you would like to see these variations.
Again, my apologies for the delay. I am online through the day and will be able to respond promptly to any further feedback.

I'll work on revisions. It's just after 6pm here and I some some family commitments this evening, but I'll get pick up the pace tomorrow. I'll have some variations ready before your contest enters the next round.
The use of quantum computing imagery was intended to serve two purposes: firstly, to provide you with a narrative when asked about the meaning behind your logo; and second to future-proof your brand as quantum computing moves from being a bleeding edge technology to a more established one.
That said, I understand this design doesn't resonate and I'll try to come up with something new. :)

I will try to work on this idea over the next 24 hours.
Best regards,
Steve

All the best,

The icon represents DNA being transformed into a representation of quantum computing.
I welcome any feedback.
