I like both very much. Can you try to show the concept of evolution a little more...with the "e" evolving or the word "evolutionize" changing as you read it? We work for financial service firms with web and emarketing and we want to communicate that while they may need someone to revolutionize their practice, we'll go at a pace that won't scare them.

I've been trying to better this logo but can't, I believe it is stylish the way it is, trying to add more will make it to busy, or trying to say something too complicated in a logo will confuse the message, just my opinion. I love this design and stand by it the way it is, but I will try something completely new if I can.
I have 1 small modification that I would like to ask that you make. I can email you a rough concept if you let me know your email.
I will try to explain it here:
Make the 3 final letter "ize" orange. Then reverse the order of the positive and negative space so the backwards "E" is on the left and the forward facing "E" is on the right. this will make all the negative space insite the logo with 2 back-to-back "E"s. It also makes it so it reads like the backwards "E" is evolving into a forward-facing "E". Let me know what you think.
