I like this, with the line above the words 'Evoke Miami 'and broken lines around Properties. I also like the size difference between 'Evoke Miami' and 'Properties'. I'd like to see this in a white background with black letters.

Overall, I like the logo... the buildings graphic in the 'O' almost looks like the tips of markers or pens. I do like the color scheme and fonts.
