PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LOOKS tons better! But I still want to see it with the line that we tried earlier changed just a little. I don't know of any designer who own's the concept of a line. Lines exist in many different forms on many different designs and a line cannot be owned. Please make this one design change before we make our final decision. I am not asking you to take it from any designer. Just a line that is closer to the word eVantage than the last line you did and that breaks at the g but continues under the "e". Your design is unique. No way you can be accused of stealing a line on such a unique design. Please. We want to pick yours but you are not helping with this one request. Logotournament monitors these messages and we have been notified in the past for breaking a rule but have not been notified that we cannot ask you for this additional line. We may decide after seeing this line added per our request to remove the line and pick #346 here. But we'd really like to see it before we make final decision.

You have to understand me, the site rules don't allow me to use another designers concept. Except if is your idea.

another change I'd like to see in addition to the line with the break in it is... a different font where the word "PROPERTY MANAGEMENT" letters aren't so close together. When the logo is small, you can't read it. It appears a little blurry because the letters are too close together. I hope you can help us finalize this logo. Its 11pm my time so Ill check back tomorrow morning. Thank you.

I m just realizing it's about 1 am your time and it is only 3 pm here in California. I'll wait for the other versions, no problem. Once we get it right, we are going to ask you to make us a 2nd logo with the same design that says "REAL ESTATE SERVICES" instead of "PROPERTY MANAGEMENT"

After looking at the newest versions (mostly in brown) we still prefer the black. I'm sorry, I don't know what the LT rules are. But I do like the look of the line except prefer it closer to eVantage with a break on the "g". Yours is the best design for me. I don't know why it would be against rules for me to ask for this edit since I haven't referred to any other specific artist designs. I didn't use such a line before you told me to do that. And some other designers use it already, this is a specific concept. This is against the LT rules. Sorry!

I actually see at least 3 designers with a line on different designs (3 are in my favorites). All of them have the line below the word eVantage.

Perhaps but it's a different design. No other designer has a sun in the design. Please get me a line.

Did you already do a version of this with the new darker yellow sun with dark brown instead of black? If so can you resubmit? If not, could you send one. The text and roof top are same black..

What color is the roof top? Super dark brown or black. It's tricky. And is the rooftop the same color as the letters?

In other words, where the red line curves left to go up the front of the house on the left, also continue that line straight where it turns left. It's hard to put into words.

Thanks! I think it would look better if the line at the back of the roof on the front house, continued straight through to the roof ridge. Do you know what I mean?

This is definitely better! Could you show me what it looks like if you outlined the roof in red instead of the solid red?

This is really nice. I wasn't looking for solid color though but more of a brushed shadow that doesn't need to cover the whole roof just a splash. Look at the shadow at the feet in this drawing: http://getdrawings.com/colorings/sonic-boom-coloring-pages-16.jpg. It's not a perfect example because I don't want it solid.

I'm actually not a huge fan of this font. It's not quite bold enough. And I've decided that I want the LLC removed too. I can't figure out what to do with the color of the roof. Perhaps with the bold font the roof won't command so much attention. Let's try a bolder font but maintain the same case. I'll look at some other color ideas for the roof if this change doesn't do it.

I think the roof of the house needs a light grey shadowing so it's not as difficult to see that it's a roof. Thank you.
