I do like it. Particularly the colors. It's a little simple though. Maybe you could add some vertical lines below the roof that's above the "e" so it looks more like a house.

I think we have some red and some orange in this version. I'd prefer more of a deep orange and less red and a consistant color. In other words, the words "Property Management LLC" definitely look orange but the color in the box appears to have more red. I'd rather they both be the same color and more of a deep, dark orange.
