E&A could probably be a bit smaller. It should also use tropical colors. This is going on a white background so no reverse type.

Of your designs I like this one the best. Would like to see this either on top of the map of Costa Rica or surrounded by tropical flowers.

I think you can remove the & given the horizontal tool line. Also think this design would look good surrounded by tropical flowers. Similar to the inspiration logo.

I like the font used. Maybe try incorporating either the date, location or slogan
